4. Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet and stir well. Cover the skillet and let the tomatoes cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn mushy.
5. Add all the spices, including coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, to the skillet and stir well.
6. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and mix well. Add ½ cup of water, cover the skillet and let the spinach cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Once the spinach has cooked down, use an immersion blender or transfer the contents to a food processor and puree until smooth.
8. Add the cubed paneer to the skillet and stir gently. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the paneer has absorbed some of the sauce.
